We are situated just 30m from the seafront with free on-street parking subject to availability. Gyves House guest house is an established guest house providing high standard bed and breakfast accommodation ideally located just 5 minutes from the town centre while the pier is only a 3min walk putting us well within walking distance of all local ammenities. There is a wealth of good restaurants and bars close by to chose from as well as those situated in and around the town centre. We have extensive knowledge of the town and area to guide you in your stay in Eastbourne whether you are here on business or pleasure. Eastbourne is well appointed with shops theatres bars and restauraunts that cater for a wide variety of tastes and styles. We are also in close proximity to the famous chalk cliffs of Beachy Head and the newly appointed South Downs National Park. This can be reached by foot or from the local bus service starting at the pier. Eastbourne is known as the sunshine coast and is consistently regarded as the warmest place in the U.K as well as being an award winning coastal resort.
